With the nature of work changing altogether, we have had to be increasingly careful about how we operate, while also ensuring that our clients and our employees are kept safe and that we can provide our clients with the best possible service.

If you are a prospective client, then here are a few ways that we can help you during the time of the pandemic:

Home visits/ Site surveys

We visit the homes of our clients and conduct face-to-face appointments with them. Client safety is our top priority. Our surveyors are equipped with PPE and do not take it off while visiting your home. We can discuss all of your requirements this way and observe all the safety measures based on the guidelines provided by the government.

Our goal is to provide our clients with as much convenience as possible. That said, this service might be suspended if infection rates increase.

If you want to book a home appointment with us, then you can easily get in touch with us and we will facilitate you. Please note that home visits also allow us to provide you with a more accurate quotation.

Virtual site surveys

We are also taking virtual appointments at the moment, bearing in mind the safety protocols of COVID-19. Our surveyors are highly trained and can conduct virtual appointments through any digital platform that you prefer. This can be FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp.

If you prefer a meeting conducted over the phone, that is possible too. All you have to do is email us the photographs of the site, and we will get in touch with you over the phone to discuss your requirements further.

The surveyor will ask you for the measurements that they need to be able to proceed during this appointment. This is necessary for us to provide you with an appropriate project quote. We can also find out about planning permissions that have previously been granted for your street, to ensure that work can be done smoothly.

Do You have architectural plans ready?

If you already have an architectural plans ready for your project, then you can easily email us at info@capitalloftconversions.co.uk with your plans. Our surveyors will go through your plans and will send you a detailed quote accordingly.

We can discuss your contract details and other essentials such as payment milestones and the project timeline.

Are You ready?

Get in touch with our team to begin your loft conversion. Believe it or not, the pandemic is actually a pretty good time to submit any plans for planning permission or permitted development. Once the plans are approved, our structural engineers can produce the required structural calculations for you, after which the project can be handed over to our building teams who can then proceed with your work.
