Currently recruiting for:

• Loft fitters
• Carpenters
• Brick layers
• Roofers
• Electricians
• Plumbers

These are our minimum requirements:

• Must have your own transport, tools and insurance
• Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in converting lofts/ building extensions
• Must be able to run your own projects on a day-to-day basis
• Must be punctual and reliable at all times
• Must be experienced in 1st and 2nd fix

• Must be fluent in English and have great communication skills
• Supply references for loft conversions/ house extensions and two trade references

* Please note that the sites can be based all over the London. Daily travel within London will be required as part of this job.

* Jobs are all based on price work with size and specification being the main factor.
