The client wanted another bedroom and didn’t know where to get it without a costly extension.  Alternative was obvious – loft conversion.

This started out with the restructuring of the loft shell and extending a vertical wall from the back of the property. With limited space on offer, our clients were keen to get a decent sized bathroom in the loft. Preferring to cut back on bedroom space in order to offer a larger shower area.

In order to compensate we installed 2 skylights at the front and large window at the back of the property to ensure that there was plenty of natural light.

The bathroom itself was completed with a decent sized walk-in shower.
