This project was all about practically using available space and adding stylish details.

This family wanted to use their house’s potential by converting loft and accommodating growing children’s needs by refurbishing the family bathroom.

After discussing the customer’s wishes and vision of their family home we converted the loft into a light and airy haven with a modern ensuite for the parents, where they can relax. A family bathroom was made with maximum use of space by adding a compact sized bath and separate shower enclosure. We used plinth lights, light paint and units to create feel of space in main bathroom.

The loft also is dominated by light by using Velux windows and white painted walls. We lifted the gable end of the property and made a dormer window to create a better feeling of space. To create an illusion of space in loft are creatively used mirrors and fitted furniture. While making stairs to the loft practical use was made from corner behind base of stair case to create calm study area for children.
