Our clients already had existing plans of how they wanted to extend their property, so we spent time discussing the plans that they had already put in place and their aspirations for their home. The couple were keen to extend their existing roofline, and our designers looked at ways of continuing with their plans and developing their ideas to create the much-needed extra space in their home.

Deciding on a hip to gable extension, we built the gable wall to the ridge line, and built a new roof section which gave our clients the space that they were looking for. The build was nicely complemented with new front roof tiles; matching the current build sympathetically.

When it comes to the loft conversion cost, we always endeavour to be competitive whilst providing a quality build for our clients. We ensured that we kept our clients updated through the entire progress of the development; making sure that our project manager was available at all stages for any questions.
