With a focus on making the most of available space, this loft conversion features one of our favourite ensuites. Though we didn’t have a great deal of room to work with, we had more than enough to create a great master bedroom for our client. A self-contained unit complete with luxurious bathroom, it’s also a great place to host relatives whenever they happen to appear!

With the bedroom area, we wanted to keep the room as clean and clear as possible without making it feel soulless. With a balcony overseeing a garden, there’s not only a great view, but a real sense of airiness. However, it’s the bathroom that we really want to shout about.

Completed with underfloor heating and a really spacious walk in shower, we went for ceiling to wall tiles for a little touch of luxury. With dimmable spotlights in the ceiling, the bathroom has a warm, inviting glow.

As these loft conversions can often get quite cold, jutting out from the rest of the house, we used A+ grade windows and doors in order to ensure the best thermal efficiency possible.
