Our clients wanted a modest extension to create a larger open-plan kitchen and dining space. The property previously had a conservatory, but this was not practical to be used all year round and could not be opened to the main house with any benefit.

It was a reasonably simple project for us to remove the conservatory and build an extension with as much light as possible. We used the original shaping of the conservatory with the Victorian corners, which gave a panoramic view into the limited garden space. The finished result inside with the open and light kitchen was outstanding, we really made the extension the centre point of the house for all occasions which can now be used all year round.
