I felt informed throughout the whole process, the team turned up at the same time every day and tidied up before leaving every afternoon. There was no swearing or cigarette butts or intimidating male builders in my house - just a very professional group of guys who knew what they were doing and got on and did it. The loft was finished exactly on time in 6 weeks. We are delighted with the result - it's transformed our home and our family life!
